"All Pages" view could have "Add page" option on footer

With the new 4.03 version of the Wiki module, there is now a "AllPages" link that displays a list of all pages in the wiki. If a user is looking to add csome content, it seems fairly reasonable that they would go to this "All Pages" view to decide whether to modify an existing page - or to add a new page - for their content. Thus I would liekk to see "Add Page" as an option at the bottom of the "All Pages" View. (Offhand, I don't think the other normal footer options: "edit page" and "delete page" make sense in this context).

Any thoughts on moving the "Add, Edit" etc to the Left side of the page, instead of at the bottom of a Wiki entry?

Just wondering if it would make more sense over there. Probably not :D

I'm thinking a reusable control should be put in place though, right now it's pretty hard coded into the start.ascx file
